Please note: To be read in conjuction with the fact sheet:
If you have entered a competion on BRS and not removed your name prior to the start, it will be assumed you have played and your account will be debited. If a qualifying competition, the Handicap Secretary will further expect either your card to have been submitted or your score to have been entered in HDiDo.
If you did not play and/or submit a score, it is YOUR responsibility to contact the Treasurer and/or Handicap Secretary to explain any mitigating circumstances.
To repeat, for absolute clarity, if your name was on the BRS start sheet, your CCA account will be debited unless you take steps to notify why otherwise.
